About the Artist
O Green is a country singer-songwriter and guitarist from Tyendinaga, Ontario. Bringing a modern take on the traditional country sound influenced by artists such as Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings, George Strait, and David Lee Murphy, O Green blends classic country, outlaw country, and southern influences with honest songwriting rooted in real life experience. Picking up the guitar at a young age, O Green was heavily influenced by his father and grandfather, and grew up surrounded by music. His songs are unmistakably genuine, drawing inspiration from small-town living, family, trucks, the outdoors, and the experiences that come with growing up in rural Ontario. With original songs including “Nothin’ But A Truck,” “Me And Mine,” and “Country Till’ I Die,” O Green is carving out his own place in the Canadian country music scene while staying true to the sounds and stories that inspired him. O Green has performed at numerous well-known venues, fairs, and festivals throughout Ontario, including Hollyrood Country Jamboree, Tweed Stampede, RoadTrip Music Festival, The Broom Factory, Stirling Fair, and Mohawk Fair.
